Animal Rights

Last Update: 2023-06-23 08:30:03

Principles:

  • For studies involving animal experimentation, it is essential to ensure all animals are treated humanely in accordance with the criteria specified in the "Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals". This guide is prepared by the National Academy of Sciences and published by the National Institutes of Health (NIH publication 86-23 revised 1985).
  • In research involving animals, we adhere to the Basel Declaration, which provides fundamental ethical guidelines as outlined by the International Council for Laboratory Animal Science (ICLAS).
  • It is MANDATORY to provide an ethical approval code for all our submissions, including those involving animal experimentation. Submissions without an ethical approval code may be "Quickly Rejected" during the initial screening process.
  • During the "Submission" process, the author must provide the ethical approval code.
